HIGH SCHOOL MATHEMATICS
Summer Immersion Programs

Advance Beyond the Classroom

CAAP Academy’s Advanced Math Program is designed for students ready to move beyond standard curricula and challenge themselves at the highest level. Across four specialized courses, students develop deep conceptual understanding, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply mathematics in real-world contexts. Each course is delivered in an intensive, focused format that maximizes both efficiency and depth. Students are guided to think critically, reason logically, and approach complex problems with confidence. Whether preparing for AP exams or future STEM pathways, this program equips students with the tools to excel. More than acceleration, it is transformation into a higher level of mathematical thinking.

Program Highlights

AP Pre-Calculus

Term 1: June 22 - July 17

Build the Mathematical Foundation for Advanced Thinking.
This course prepares students for the transition into higher-level mathematics by strengthening their understanding of functions, modeling, and analytical reasoning. Students explore polynomial, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions with a focus on real-world application and conceptual clarity. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving strategies and mathematical communication. By the end of the course, students are not just ready for AP Calculus—they are equipped to think like mathematicians.

AP Calculus

Term 1: June 22 - July 17

Term 2: July 20 - August 14

From Formulas to Insight—Master the Language of Change.
This intensive course develops a deep understanding of limits, derivatives, and integrals as tools for analyzing change and accumulation. Students move beyond memorization to grasp the “why” behind core concepts, enabling them to solve complex and unfamiliar problems. With a strong focus on AP-style questions and strategic thinking, students build both accuracy and speed. The result is not only higher exam performance, but true conceptual mastery of calculus.

Multivariable Calculus

& Linear Algebra

Term 1: June 22 - July 17

Term 2: July 20 - August 14

Think in Dimensions Beyond—Expand Your Mathematical Vision.
This advanced course introduces students to calculus in higher dimensions and the powerful structures of linear algebra. Students learn to analyze vectors, planes, and multi-variable systems, building the foundation for fields such as engineering, physics, and computer science. Concepts are taught with both geometric intuition and algebraic precision. By engaging with real-world applications, students develop a deeper, more flexible understanding of mathematics at an advanced level.

Discrete Mathematics

& Data Science

Term 2: July 20 - August 14

Learn to Think Logically. Learn to Analyze the World.
This course bridges mathematics with modern computational thinking, focusing on logic, combinatorics, probability, and introductory data analysis. Students explore how mathematical reasoning drives decision-making in computer science, AI, and real-world problem-solving. Through hands-on exploration of data and patterns, they develop critical thinking and analytical skills. The course prepares students not only for advanced math, but for a data-driven future.
